Warsaw Landing provides relocation planning and local coordination services in Warsaw, Poland. We are not a law firm, immigration adviser, tax adviser, real-estate agency, travel organizer or moving company.
2. How a contract is made
Requesting a fit call or sending a message does not create a contract. After a fit call, if a package suits you, we send a written scope stating the package, included services, dates and support window, total price, payment schedule and exclusions. A contract is concluded when you accept that scope online, and we confirm it to you by email on a durable medium.
3. Packages and prices
Try Warsaw and Warsaw Move Coordination are described on their pages and in your written scope. Prices are final prices in Polish złoty (PLN), including any applicable tax.
Any discount we agree with you is stated in your written scope.
4. Payment
Try Warsaw is paid in full after you accept the scope. Warsaw Move Coordination is paid in two equal parts: the first before pre-arrival preparation starts and the second before the arrival-support phase starts. Payments are processed by our payment provider. A payment is treated as received only when the provider confirms it to us.
5. What is not included
The following are not included and are contracted and paid by you directly: flights and other travel, accommodation, taxis and local transport, meals, rent and deposits, real-estate agent fees, translations, government charges, legal and tax advice, lease review, healthcare. Additional work is only performed after we agree a separate written quote.
We do not guarantee any third-party outcome, including a residence permit, tenancy, bank account, appointment date or the decision of any authority or provider.
6. Support
Support is provided on Polish business days, in writing, within the support window stated in your scope, up to ten consolidated requests per package. We aim to reply within one business day. Support is not an emergency service and does not continue automatically beyond the support window, including for the duration of a residence application.
7. Your right to withdraw (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email; you may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
We start performing the service within the withdrawal period only if you expressly request it when accepting your scope. If you request an early start and then withdraw, you pay an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the moment you told us of your withdrawal, and we refund the rest. If you did not request an early start, you pay nothing on withdrawal.
If you expressly requested an early start and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends when we have fully performed the service.
We refund payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
Model withdrawal form. To Pacific Crest, LLC (Warsaw Landing), [email protected]: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [package and reference]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Date: [date].
8. Rescheduling and cancellation
If you need to move an agreed appointment or orientation, tell us as early as possible. We will reschedule within your support window where we can. If we cannot deliver an agreed part of the service, we will propose a correction or a proportionate refund. If we cancel the contract for reasons on our side, we refund payment for services not yet provided.
9. Complaints
You may send a complaint by email. We acknowledge complaints within one business day and respond within 14 days. If you are a consumer, you may also seek help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or consult the information published by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl).
10. Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate information, tell us promptly about changes to your dates, and make your own decisions about leases, contracts and professional advice. We never sign documents, log in to accounts or act in your name.
11. Liability
We are responsible for performing the services in your scope with due care. We are not responsible for the services, advice or decisions of third parties you engage directly. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Law
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
13. Services provided electronically
Our website lets you read information, request a fit call, send a message and review and accept a scope. These electronic services are free of charge and need only an up-to-date web browser (JavaScript is optional) and an email address. You must not submit unlawful content or other people’s data without a legal basis. You can stop using a form at any time; a request you have sent can be withdrawn by email. Complaints about the website can be sent by email and are handled as described in section 9.
