How it works

1. 1. Tell us your plans

   Complete a short intake: your timing, who is moving, where you live now and what matters to you in a neighborhood. Then we talk for fifteen minutes, free of charge.

   The fit call is for checking suitability and timing. We will say so if a package is not right for you. Individual legal or immigration questions are for a qualified professional, so we do not answer them on the call.

2. 2. Agree the scope

   If a package fits, you receive a written scope: what is included, the dates and support window, the total price, what is excluded and how cancellation works. Nothing is charged before you accept it.

3. 3. Explore or prepare

   We prepare your plan, budget and comparisons, schedule appointments and deliver the in-person parts of your package. Everything lives in one task plan so you can see what is done and what is next.

4. 4. Receive a clear handover

   At the end of the support window, you receive a summary of completed and pending tasks, open third-party matters and who owns each next step.

When specialists are involved, and who pays them

Some parts of a move need a qualified professional: an immigration adviser or lawyer, a tax adviser, a property agent, a sworn translator. These professionals work under their own terms, you contract with them directly and you pay them directly. Their fees are never included in our package prices.

We help by identifying when a specialist is needed, preparing the questions and documents list for the appointment, and keeping their steps in your plan. If we suggest someone, you remain free to choose another provider.

What we ask for, and what we do not

To plan well we need your timing, household, priorities and broad practical constraints. We do not ask for passport scans, financial statements or health details. Where a specialist needs your documents, they collect them directly.

Every plan is built with our AI-guided relocation system. It turns your intake into a structured task plan, drafts budgets and neighborhood comparisons from dated sources, and tracks deadlines and reminders so nothing slips. Nick reviews and approves everything before it reaches you, and decisions are always made by people, not software.

The system is not a chatbot and does not give immigration, legal or tax advice. Identity documents and financial records are never put into general-purpose AI tools.
